We then spent several hours in their Showroom meeting with different members of Staff and benefiting from all of their expert advice. Having agreed on the basic design, we were shown a wide range of different Bathroom suites, Showers, Tiles and wall coverings until we came to a provisional agreement on what we felt we wanted. At this stage we were given a very detailed and itemised Quotation of what the whole job would cost including the removing and disposing of the old fittings and tiles and installing a completely new Bathroom. Once we had come to an agreement, we were given a firm date on when they would start and an estimation of how long the job would take.

Over the next few weeks we made a number of relatively minor amendments to the original design, these changes were always greeted with a positive response from the Staff; if they were not happy with anything we had suggested the reasons for this were made clear to us until we were all in complete agreement. At no time was their any pressure from ITB to choose what they had suggested or to change our plans in any way, just friendly and useful advise was given.

The work commenced on the agreed date and we were very impressed by the Workmanship and attention to detail of the Plumber Colin and his Apprentice Conor, who between them were responsible for carrying out the majority of the Contract. They always arrived on time and ensured that disruption in the house was kept to a minimum, they were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole two weeks. It was obvious from the onset that their work was of the highest standard and there was nothing we could fault; They cleaned up as best they could at the end of each day and gave us due warning when they needed to cut off the water, disconnect the electricity, gain access to other parts of the house or take up the hall carpet.

On one day they were assisted by a Specialist Electrician who again was very Professional and knowledgeable and worked very much as one of the Team.

There was one minor hiccup at the end, which was not their fault, when the shower screen which had been made to a specific size was found to be too large. We were assured that the problem would be resolved in the shortest possible time. In fact they came on a Saturday morning to remove the incorrect shower screen and fitted the new one just a few days later well after normal working hours. We could not have wished for a better service. We would thoroughly recommend Ivybridge Tile and Bathroom. Their prices are competitive, the service is Professional and friendly and their Workmanship is second to none.
